Website: a mobile-ready business site with the first year of hosting and domain included

What you get

Website is a fixed package with a fixed scope. For a one-time fee of €250 you get a mobile-ready business website with up to 5 pages. The page texts, basic on-page SEO and SSL are included, and the source files are delivered to you. The site is live in 10 business days.

Hosting and the domain for the first year are included in the €250. There is no monthly fee and nothing renews. After the first year we hand over the website, the source files and the domain to you.

Optional monthly maintenance

If you want us to keep looking after the site, tick "Add monthly maintenance and updates" on the Website card when you buy. Maintenance costs €29.99 a month and covers:

• hosting
• the domain
• weekly backups
• security updates
• up to 1 hour of content edits a month, for example adding products
• email support

Unused time does not carry over to the next month. If a request needs more than the monthly hour, we first send you a fixed price in writing. Nothing is done or charged until you approve it. Maintenance is only sold together with the website, so the €250 is always part of the order.

The price does not depend on hours. You know the full cost before you pay: €250 once, plus €29.99 a month only if you add maintenance. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout.

How it works

1. Pay on the Website card. You pay by card in a single checkout run by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which also issues the invoice. Without maintenance you pay €250 once. With the box ticked you pay €250 today, and €29.99 a month starts from day 31.
2. Confirm the written scope. We contact you within one working day to set up a kickoff call and confirm the scope. The scope lists what will be delivered, the delivery date and the acceptance criteria. No work starts before you confirm it.
3. Delivery. The site is delivered in 10 business days, live on your domain, with the source files.
4. Review. You review the delivery within 7 business days. For 30 days after delivery you can check the site against the acceptance criteria in your scope.
5. After the first year. Without maintenance, we hand over the website, the source files and the domain to you at the end of the first year. With maintenance, we keep running the site for as long as the plan is active.

• You expect more than 1 hour of content edits every month. Each request beyond the monthly hour gets its own fixed price.

Not included

• More than 5 pages.
• Hosting and the domain after the first year, unless you add maintenance.
• Content edits beyond the 1 hour a month in maintenance. These get a fixed price you approve first.
• Workflows, a panel and integrations. These come with the automation packages.
• Finding new B2B clients by email. That is Lead Generation.
• Product images. Bulsu Labs Studio generates them with AI.
• Changes to the scope after you confirmed it. These are not covered by the refund guarantee.

Refunds and cancelling

If within 30 days of delivery the site does not meet the acceptance criteria in your written scope, we fix it first. If it still misses them, the full €250 is refunded. If you cancel before work starts, you get the full amount back. If you cancel after work has started but before delivery, the part of the fee for work not yet done is refunded.

You can cancel maintenance at any time from the link in your Dodo receipt. The month you have paid for runs to its end and is not refunded. Then we hand over the website, the source files and the domain to you. The full terms are in our refund policy.
