Enterprise: by quote

For regulated industries, larger teams, or any scope the three packages do not cover. It includes a sector-specific agent built from scratch, answers from your own documents and contracts, ERP integration (SAP, Logo, Netsis, Mikro or in-house), on-premises or private cloud with full data residency, and a named engineer with an agreed SLA and a review every quarter.

Enterprise is not sold through Dodo Payments checkout. The price is set by scope and integration work and written out after the scoping call. It is invoiced directly by BLS Logistics and Storage d.o.o. and paid by bank transfer.

How it works

1. Free 20-minute call. We pick the bottleneck together and match it to the right package. You can also pay on the pricing card straight away and skip this step.
2. Written scope within 48 hours. It says what gets automated, what stays out of scope and when the system hands the job back to a person. The price, the delivery date and the acceptance criteria are fixed by that document. No work starts until you confirm it.
3. Payment. You pay by card in one checkout. The build fee is charged today, and the monthly fee starts when the delivery period ends: 3, 4 or 6 weeks after payment, by package. The monthly plan is only sold together with the build.
4. Build and test. The system is built first on a copy that cannot touch your live work, then tested against your own past records. Nothing goes live until the wrong answers are fixed.
5. Go-live and handover. On the date in the scope the system goes live on your infrastructure. Source files, access and the document explaining how it works stay with you.

Who it suits

Who it does not suit

• You only need a site. The Website package is €250 one-time, with optional maintenance at €29.99 a month.
• You only need new B2B conversations. Lead Generation is €300 a month.
• You want customer messages answered on your own channels. That is the AI Receptionist.
• You want to pay by the hour. We do not bill hourly.

What the refund guarantee does not cover

• Scope changes requested after the written scope was agreed
• Failures caused by changes you make to your tools, credentials or data after delivery
• Failures caused by a third-party service outage or breaking change
• Preferences that are not in the acceptance criteria of the written scope

Refunds and cancelling

If the system misses the acceptance criteria in your scope within 30 days of delivery, we fix it first. If it still misses them, you get the full build fee back. If you cancel before work starts, the full amount is refunded. After work starts, the part of the fee for work not yet done is refunded.

You can stop the monthly plan at any time from the link in your Dodo receipt. The month you have paid for runs to its end and is not refunded. Since the system runs on your infrastructure, it keeps working after upkeep ends. Full terms are in the refund policy, and how much process automation costs explains what changes the price.
