Who we are

Bulsu Labs is a Montenegrin company that sells fixed-price AI products for small businesses: an AI receptionist, AI product image packs, B2B email lead generation, websites and automation packages.

Bulsu Labs is the trading name of BLS Logistics and Storage d.o.o., a Montenegrin limited liability company based in Podgorica, Montenegro.

What we sell

Five products, each with a published price in euro.

• AI Receptionist: AI software that answers your customers on your business's own channels, in their language, using only your business's own information. It books appointments into a panel and hands the conversation to your team when a person is needed. €500 a month, no setup fee.
• Bulsu Labs Studio: Bulsu Labs Studio generates new product images with AI from photos of your products. 50 images for €100 or 100 images for €175, paid once, delivered within 3 business days.
• Lead Generation: a monthly B2B email outreach subscription with up to 1,000 verified B2B contacts a month in your target segment. €300 a month.
• Website: a mobile-ready business website with up to 5 pages, delivered in 10 business days. €250 one-time, with optional maintenance at €29.99 a month.
• Automation packages: Operations (€450 + €69 a month), Growth (€750 + €99 a month) and Operations OS (€850 + €139 a month), delivered in 3 to 6 weeks. Enterprise is priced by quote after a scoping call.

How we work

• Fixed prices. All prices are in euro and published on the site. There is no hourly billing. Any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout.
• Written scope. Every package starts with a written scope that lists the deliverables, the delivery date and the acceptance criteria. No work begins until you confirm it. Studio packs need no call and are bought directly.
• Payment through Dodo. Everything with a checkout button is paid by card through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. Dodo issues the invoice and handles sales tax. We do not store card data.
• The system stays with you. Code, configurations, workflows and documentation made for you under a package are assigned to you once the build fee is paid in full. Source files and access stay with you, and you keep all rights to your data.
• No long-term commitments. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from the link in the Dodo receipt. The paid month runs to its end.
• Refunds in writing. Build and setup fees have a 30-day refund if the delivery misses the acceptance criteria and our fix does not solve it. The details are in our refund policy and terms of service.

What we do not do

• We sell only the packages published on this site, at the prices shown there. Enterprise is the one exception, and its price is written out after a scoping call.
• We do not bill by the hour.
• We do not store your card data.
• We do not tie you to long contracts. Monthly plans run month to month.
• We do not sell a package that does not fit. After the call you get a written scope within 48 hours, or a clear no with a pointer to someone better suited.
• Studio does not use photos of real people without their consent, and every image it makes is labelled as AI-made.
