How it works

1. Pay or book a call. You can pay by card and start right away, or book a 20-minute setup call first.
2. Hand over the details. You send your site, your notes, your working hours and the services you offer.
3. Setup. We connect WhatsApp, your social accounts and site chat, build the knowledge base, and set working hours, services and handover rules. This takes about an hour.
4. Test together. We test it with you before the first customer gets in touch.
5. Live. It answers around the clock. If you are closed on Saturday, it says so and offers the next free slot. A message that arrives out of hours is not lost. It waits and reaches you the moment you open.

Who it is for

Businesses that work by appointment and get the same questions again and again on WhatsApp, Instagram or the phone. Clinics, dental practices and beauty salons are typical examples. It also fits teams that miss messages in the evening and at the weekend, because nobody is free to answer.

• If you are looking for a phone number, a phone line or a call centre, this is not it. The AI Receptionist is AI software that answers on the business's own channels.
• If you want answers on topics your own information does not cover, it will not make them up. It hands those questions to your team.
• If you get only a few messages a week, €500 a month may be more than you need.

What is not included

• Phone lines and numbers. It answers on your business's own phone, and Bulsu Labs does not sell lines or numbers.
• Answers on topics that are not in your knowledge base.
• A refund for a month you already paid. When you cancel, the service runs to the end of that month.

Price, payment and cancellation

The AI Receptionist costs €500 a month with everything included. You pay by card through Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record, which issues the invoice and handles sales tax. You can cancel any month from the link in your Dodo receipt. The month you already paid is not refunded and the service runs to its end. The full terms are in our refund policy.
