LogFit Privacy Policy
Note: This privacy policy applies to the LogFit iOS application published by Bulsu Labs (BLS Logistics and Storage d.o.o.). For questions, email info@bulsulabs.com.
1. Overview
LogFit ("the app", "we", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our fitness tracking application on iOS.
LogFit does NOT collect, transmit, or share any personal data with us or any third party. All your data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
2. Data Stored Locally
The following data is stored exclusively on your device and never leaves it (except as noted for Apple Health below):
- Workout logs (exercises, sets, reps, weight)
- Cardio session records (running, cycling, swimming, etc.)
- Yoga, Pilates, and Dance session logs
- Nutrition entries (meals, calories, macros)
- Water intake logs
- Supplement tracking data
- Body measurements and progress photos
- Goals and personal records
- User profile (name, preferences, language)
3. Apple Health (HealthKit)
LogFit integrates with Apple Health on your device. With your permission, the app reads and writes the following:
- Read: steps, heart rate, active calories, resting calories, sleep data, weight, body fat percentage
- Write: workout sessions, active calories
HealthKit data is handled according to Apple's HealthKit guidelines. It stays on your device and in your iCloud Health database (if you have iCloud Health enabled) — it is never transmitted to Bulsu Labs servers.
4. Camera & Photos
LogFit may request access to your camera and photo library so you can capture and view progress photos. These photos are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded, shared, or transmitted off the device.
5. Notifications
LogFit uses local notifications (scheduled on-device) to remind you about water intake, workouts, meals, supplements, and streaks. No remote push notifications, no tracking of notification interactions, no transmission of notification content off the device.
6. No Analytics, No Tracking
LogFit does not use any analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, attribution tools, crash reporters that transmit data, or tracking technologies. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, telemetry, or any form of behavioural data.
We do not use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not track you across other apps or websites.
7. No Third-Party Services
The LogFit app does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or cloud storage. The only network requests the app makes are to Apple's StoreKit servers (for subscription validation), which are governed by Apple's privacy practices.
8. Subscriptions (LogFit Pro)
LogFit offers auto-renewable subscriptions to unlock premium features:
- Weekly: $5.99 per week
- Yearly: $59.99 per year
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your iTunes/Apple ID account will be charged at confirmation of purchase. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Manage / cancel: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is provided for the unused portion of the term.
Payment processing: All payments for in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not have access to your payment card details.
Terms of Use (EULA): The standard Apple End User License Agreement applies to the use of LogFit.
9. Data Deletion
You can delete all your data at any time through the app: Settings > Clear All Data. Uninstalling the app from your device will also remove all locally stored data. Because we do not have a copy of your data on our servers, no further deletion request is necessary on our side.
10. Children's Privacy
LogFit is rated 4+ on the App Store and is suitable for all ages. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As described above, the app does not collect any personal information at all.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the effective date of the current version. Material changes will be reflected in the app and on this page.
