My progress disappeared.
Govori stores progress locally on your device. Reinstalling the app or restoring from a backup that does not include app data will reset your progress. If you've lost a long streak, email us — we may be able to manually restore it.
The microphone doesn't work in speaking exercises.
Open iOS Settings → Govori and make sure both Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions are enabled. The app uses Apple's on-device speech recognition; no audio leaves your device.
How do I cancel my Govori Pro subscription?
Open iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Govori and tap "Cancel Subscription." Your Pro features will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refund is given for the unused portion.
I want a refund.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase, find the Govori transaction, and request a refund. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
Which languages can I learn from?
The learning target is Montenegrin. The interface is available in 12 languages: Turkish, English, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, and Portuguese. Pick yours during onboarding.
Is the Cyrillic alphabet supported?
Yes — Govori covers both Latin and Serbian Cyrillic alphabets. The Cyrillic Practice mode includes a letter-drawing exercise and full alphabet reference.
How does the streak work?
Complete at least one lesson per day to keep your streak alive. Miss a day and the counter resets to 1. Streak freezes are coming in a future update.
