AuraGlow Terms of Service
Note: These Terms apply to the AuraGlow iOS application published by Bulsu Labs (BLS Logistics and Storage d.o.o.). For questions, email info@bulsulabs.com.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AuraGlow mobile application (the "App"), operated by Bulsu Labs ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using AuraGlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AuraGlow. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the App and to agree to these Terms.
2. Your Account
To access most features you need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete information.
- Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
AuraGlow offers the following subscription plans, billed through your Apple App Store account:
- Weekly: $9.99 / week
- Yearly: $59.99 / year (best value)
Auto-renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your iTunes account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's App Store account settings.
Refunds
- Refund requests must be made directly through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds on Apple's behalf.
- No refund is provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.
Price changes
- We may change subscription prices. Any price change will be communicated to you in advance and will only apply to future billing periods. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
4. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use AuraGlow for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may NOT:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App or its backend.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law.
- Attempt to bypass, disable, or abuse our rate limits, security measures, or paywalls.
- Upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or harmful.
- Share your account with others or resell the service.
5. AI Analysis Disclaimer
AuraGlow uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI GPT-4o Vision) to generate cosmetic and educational insights from the photo you provide.
The AI analysis is NOT a medical diagnosis and must NOT be used as a substitute for professional medical advice. The App does not detect, diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
For any skin concerns including but not limited to:
- Persistent acne, rashes, or irritation
- New, changing, or suspicious moles
- Rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, or other skin conditions
- Allergic reactions
Consult a licensed dermatologist or qualified healthcare professional.
We make no warranty that the AI analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular skin. Use of the analysis is at your own risk.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of any photos or text you upload to AuraGlow. By using the App, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing you with the AI analysis.
We do not store your photos on our servers after analysis.
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not violate any third party's rights.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, its design, branding, text, graphics, logos, icons, and software are owned by Bulsu Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
"AuraGlow" and the AuraGlow logo are trademarks of Bulsu Labs.
Ionicons, icon sets, and certain open source libraries are used under their respective licenses.
8. Third-Party Services
AuraGlow integrates with OpenAI, Supabase, RevenueCat, Cloudflare R2, Apple App Store, and Open-Meteo. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these third-party services. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
9. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express or implied, including (but not limited to) the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- The AI analysis will be accurate for your specific case.
- The App will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.
You use the App at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Bulsu Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall NOT be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill — arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bulsu Labs from any claim, liability, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the App, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. You may delete your account from Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account, which permanently erases your data from the device.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately.
Sections 5 (AI Disclaimer), 7 (IP), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) survive termination.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, stop using the App and delete your account.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Montenegro, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Podgorica, Montenegro.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
15. Apple App Store Additional Terms
This App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this license. You and Apple acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and Bulsu Labs, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty obligation.
- Bulsu Labs is responsible for product claims, legal and regulatory requirements, and intellectual property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

By using AuraGlow you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
